Pierce/Freightliner LED Lightbar Conversion

TRM removed a Federal Signal Streethawk and replaced it with a Whelen Freedom
lightbar on each of these two engines. A custom aluminum diamond plate mount was
fabricated to mount the lightbars to the slanted roof.
